The Luxury Closet promo code questions
How much does The Luxury Closet code save?+
10% off your first order. It is a new-customer code, so it applies to an account that has not ordered before.
Can I use the code if I already have an account?+
No. WELCOME10 is a welcome code for new customers, so it only works on a first order. An account that has ordered before will see it rejected at checkout.
Does The Luxury Closet code work on pre-owned items?+
The retailer gives it as a straight new-customer discount without listing category exclusions. Because the catalogue mixes pre-owned and new pieces, checkout is the place it is decided — it shows the final total before you pay.
Why is my The Luxury Closet code not working?+
The most common reason is that the account is not new — this is a first-order code. It is also worth re-checking the spelling you entered against the code shown above. Otherwise a code can be withdrawn without notice: check the date above to see when we last confirmed it.
