1. Who we are

Fynds.ae ("Fynds", "we", "us") is operated by Vinna Global FZ-LLC, a company licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates. You can contact us at hello@fynds.ae or through our contact page.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Vinna Global FZ-LLC. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.

2. Accepting these Terms

By using Fynds you agree to these Terms. If you create an account, you will be asked to confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and we keep a record of which version you accepted and when. If you do not agree, please do not use Fynds.

3. Who can use Fynds

You can browse and compare prices on Fynds without an account.

To create an account, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may only create an account with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for your use of Fynds. If you are under 13, you must not create an account or give us your personal data, including by setting a price alert or entering your name when marking a gift.

If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, or to someone under 18 without the required consent, we may suspend or delete it.

4. What Fynds is — and is not

Fynds is a price comparison service. We show prices and product information from third-party retailers so you can compare them in one place.

We do not sell products. When you click through to a retailer, any purchase is made directly with that retailer, on its website, under its own terms, prices, delivery, returns and warranty policies. We are not a party to that purchase and are not responsible for the retailer's products, service, delivery or conduct.

5. Prices, price alerts, price history and Fynds Score

Prices and product information come from retailer listings and feeds and can change at any time. We show when we last saw a price and flag prices we have not seen recently, but we do not guarantee that any price, stock level, delivery estimate or product detail is accurate, complete or current. Always check the final price on the retailer's website before you buy.

Price alerts. If you set a price alert, we will try to email you when the price falls. Alerts depend on how often we receive price updates and may be delayed or missed. An alert is not an offer from the retailer.

Price history, Fynds Score and price verdicts. Features such as price history charts, the Fynds Score, "best time to buy" indicators and price verdicts are our own automated assessments based on the data we have collected. They are general information, not financial or purchasing advice, and they may be wrong where our data is incomplete.

6. Affiliate links and coupons

Some links to retailers are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, the retailer or an affiliate network may pay us a commission. This does not change the price you pay. We list retailers' prices whether or not they pay us a commission, and commissions do not change which retailer we show as cheapest.

Coupon codes shown on Fynds come from retailers and affiliate networks and are subject to the retailer's own terms, exclusions, usage limits and expiry dates. Where we show a code as "Tested" with a date, it means we confirmed it worked on that date. It may expire or stop working afterwards. Some codes give cashback to a retailer wallet or account rather than a discount at checkout. We do not control whether a retailer accepts a code.

7. Your account

You can sign up with an email address and password, by email link, or with Google. You agree to:

  • give accurate information and keep your email address up to date;
  • keep your login details secure and not share your account;
  • tell us promptly at hello@fynds.ae if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings (see section 15).

8. Wishlists, sharing and collaborators

You can create wishlists, add products from Fynds, add items from other websites, and add notes, descriptions, budgets and event details.

Private by default. New wishlists are private. If you share a wishlist link, anyone who has the link can view that wishlist, including its items and description. You decide who to send the link to, and you can stop sharing at any time. We are not responsible for who a link is forwarded to after you share it.

Collaborators. You can invite others to edit a wishlist with you by sending them an invite link. Collaborators can add, edit and remove items and comment. The person who created a wishlist remains its owner and can remove collaborators at any time.

Comments. People who can access a shared wishlist may be able to comment on it. Comments are visible to others who can view the list. The owner may receive an email notification about new comments.

If an owner deletes their account. Wishlists that the owner kept to themselves are deleted. For a wishlist with accepted collaborators, ownership may be transferred to a collaborator so the list is not lost for others, as explained when you delete your account.

9. Gift claims

Visitors to a shared wishlist can mark an item as bought or reserved, and may optionally enter their name. You do not need an account to do this.

A gift claim is an informal signal between friends and family. It is not a reservation with any retailer, a purchase, or a promise to buy. Fynds is not a party to any gift, does not process payment or delivery, and is not responsible if an item marked as claimed is not bought, is bought twice, or is not delivered.

Depending on the owner's settings, the wishlist owner may see the name a gift-giver enters. Collaborators and other visitors do not see it.

10. Items saved from other websites

When you save an item from another website, we fetch publicly available information from that page, such as its title, image and price, and show it in your wishlist. You are responsible for the links you add. This information may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and trademarks, images and content from other websites belong to their owners. We may refuse or remove links, for example to unsafe or blocked websites.

11. Content you add

"Your content" means anything you add to Fynds, such as wishlist titles, descriptions, notes, comments, product reviews and price reports.

You keep ownership of your content. You give Vinna Global FZ-LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, copy, display and adapt your content as needed to run, improve and promote Fynds. For content on a shared wishlist, this includes showing it to people with access. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except where it has been shared with others or we are required to keep it by law.

You must not add content that:

  • is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing or threatening, or offends public morals or public order in the UAE;
  • infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • contains other people's personal data without their permission;
  • is spam, advertising, or misleading, including false price reports or fake reviews;
  • contains malware or links to harmful websites.

We may remove content, or restrict features, where we reasonably believe it breaks these Terms or the law.

12. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • scrape, copy or reproduce our content, prices or data for commercial purposes, or access Fynds by automated means, without our written permission;
  • generate artificial, automated or fraudulent clicks on retailer or affiliate links, or otherwise try to manipulate commissions, rankings, reviews or price data;
  • create accounts by automated means or create multiple accounts to abuse any feature;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to Fynds, other users' accounts or wishlists, or our systems;
  • interfere with, overload or disrupt Fynds, or bypass our security or bot protection;
  • use Fynds in any way that breaks UAE law or the law that applies to you.

13. Our intellectual property

The Fynds name and logo, the design of the site, and our text, code, rankings, scores and compilations are owned by or licensed to Vinna Global FZ-LLC. You may use Fynds for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. Product names, images and descriptions belong to their respective brands and retailers.

14. Third-party websites and services

Fynds links to retailers and other third-party websites, and you can sign in with Google. We do not control those websites or services and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

15. Suspending or closing accounts

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. What happens to your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close your account, or limit your access to features, if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe your use puts Fynds, other users or third parties at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.

We may change, pause or stop any part of Fynds at any time. If we plan to close Fynds or remove wishlists entirely, we will try to give account holders reasonable notice by email.

16. Disclaimers

Fynds is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that Fynds will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that prices, alerts, scores or product information will be accurate or complete.

17. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UAE law, including your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for losses caused by retailers or other third parties, including purchases you make with them, or for losses caused by inaccurate prices, delayed or missed alerts, or coupon codes that do not work;
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, business or opportunity;
  • our total liability to you for all claims relating to Fynds is limited to AED 500.

18. Your responsibility to us

If you break these Terms or the law when using Fynds, and a third party makes a claim against us as a result, you agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and costs caused by your breach, to the extent permitted by law.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will notify account holders by email or on the site before it takes effect, and we may ask you to accept the new Terms when you next sign in. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you can stop using Fynds and delete your account.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The courts of Ras Al Khaimah have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Fynds.

Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at hello@fynds.ae so we can try to resolve the issue.

21. General

  • If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another company, including as part of a reorganisation or sale of Fynds. You may not transfer yours.
  • These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of Fynds.
  • These Terms are written in English. If we publish a translation, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
